We hold an International Statement of Compliance under the ISPS Code, issued by the Panama Maritime Authority and endorsed by international bodies. This certifies our compliance with the highest standards of port facility security established by the SOLAS Convention.
Our terminal operates with an integrated surveillance system focused on the detection and prevention of risks and threats that could compromise operations, services, and the safety of human life at the facility and vessels alongside— ensuring a safe and reliable environment for all.

Commitment to the Environment

- Reforestation at Cerro Galera: More than 5,000 trees planted to date.

Reducing carbon emissions is key to a more sustainable future. Aligned with PSA International’s global targets, our decarbonization plan sets concrete goals through 2050, focusing on reducing Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions compared to 2019 levels.
PSA Panama has established itself as a container terminal with an efficient energy matrix focused on emission reduction through partnerships with strategic allies. 2025 marks five years of operations powered exclusively by 100% renewable energy sources.
